We love sharing this USA Pears & Cosmic Crisp Apple tart, no matter the holiday!
Ingredients

320 gready-rolled puff pastry

3 Tbspapricot/peach jam

2thinly sliced U.S. apples

2thinly sliced U.S. Pears

1U.S. lemon (Juiced)

50 gground U.S. almonds
-
1 tspground cinnamon

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbsp35% cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place puff pastry on a lined baking sheet or in a pie dish.

Spoon jam into the pastry and spread evenly, leaving a 1cm border.

In a bowl, mix the apples, pears and lemon juice.

Combine the ground almonds and ground cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over the centre of the pastry. Top with the apple and pear mixture.

Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Fold the border over. Using a pastry brush, evenly apply cream to the edges.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.

Notes
This recipe makes two pies, so evenly divide the ingredients.
