Watermelon Fire and Ice Salsa

Ingredients

    • 3 cups
      (750 mL) seeded and chopped watermelon
    • ½ cup
      (125 mL) green peppers
    • 2 tbsp
      (30 mL) lime juice
    • 1 tbsp
      (15 mL) chopped cilantro
    • 1 tbsp
      (15 mL) green onion
    • 1 to 2 tbsp
      (15 to 30 mL) jalapeño peppers

Instructions

    1. Combine all ingredients, mix well and cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or more.
