¼ cup50 mL Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce

Juice of half a lemon

2 tbsp30 mL fresh, roughly chopped parsley

3 tbsp45 mL grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp30 mL melted butter

Add salt and pepper for taste

Instructions

Cook chicken wings according to the instructions on the package. While the chicken wings are cooking, prepare the sauce.

Place the Texas Pete® Hot Sauce into a mixing bowl and add the lemon juice, parsley, parmesan cheese and the melted butter; mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

When the chicken wings are fully cooked, place them into the bowl of sauce and toss together until the chicken wings are coated evenly on all sides.

Arrange the chicken wings on a platter and serve.
