Swirly Bing Cherry and Yogurt Ice Pops

Ingredients

    • 4 cups
      (1 L) cherries, pitted (to add colour, use 2 cups each California Bing and Ranier cherries)
    • 1 cup
      (250 mL) frozen lemonade concentrate
    • 1 cup
      (250 mL) low-fat vanilla yogurt

Instructions

    1. Combine Bing cherries and lemonade concentrate in food processor and process until smooth. If using a mixture of cherry varieties, blend 2 cups (500 mL) of each cherry variety with ½ cup (125 mL) lemonade concentrate and alternate layers with both kinds of cherries and yogurt.
    2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, alternating with spoonfuls of yogurt. Using a wooden skewer or thin knife, gently mix layers to create a swirl effect.
    3. Freeze molds until firm. Unmold by briefly dipping in warm water to loosen pop.
