Steel Cut Oats with Medjool Dates and Blueberries

- 2 Medjool dates – pitted and chopped
- 1 1/2 cup prepared steel oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- handful of shaved unsweetened coconut flakes
- Medjool date syrup (see recipe)
Prepare steel oats according to package directions, split between 2 bowls (3/4 cup in each bowl).
Top each bowl with Medjool dates, blueberries and shaved unsweetened coconut flakes and almond milk. Drizzle with Medjool date syrup.
