Ingredients

    • 1
      1 lb. (454 g) prepared whole grain pizza dough
    • 3/4 cup
      (180 ml) pizza sauce
    • 2 cups
      (500 ml) grated Italian cheese mix
    • 1/2 cup
      (125 ml) chopped California Black Ripe Olives

Instructions

    1. Roll pizza dough into a 12-inch by 15-inch (30x38 cm) rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

    2. Spoon Pizza sauce in a thin layer over the top. Sprinkle with cheese and California Black Ripe Olives.

    3. Roll widthwise into a long tube shape. Note: For easier slicing, you may place roll into the freezer for 15 minutes until dough stiffens slightly.

    4. Slice roll crosswise into 1-inch (2.5 cm) discs and place each onto a lightly greased baking sheet.

    5. Bake in a 425 °F (220 °C) oven for approximately 20 minutes. Make 10-12 snack sized servings.
