Pear and Pecan Crumble

½ cupoats

¼ cuptapioca flour

⅓ cupcold butter chopped (50g)

⅓ cupcup raw sugar

½ tspcinnamon

⅓ cupU.S. pecans

Pear Filling

5medium U.S. pears
-
2 tbspraw sugar
-
1 ½ tbsptapioca flour

Instructions

Crumble
-
Add ingredients to a food processor and pulse to combine into a coarse meal.

Pear Filling

Preheat an oven to 350F. Toss ingredients together. Spread into an 8x8" pan. Sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden and pears are soft. Serve warm.
