2 cups(500 mL) fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled

Shake

In blender or food processor, purée yogurt, watermelon, strawberries and banana until smooth and frothy.

Smoothie Pops

Pour prepared shake into small paper cups. Freeze, inserting popsicle sticks or plastic spoons when mixture is partially frozen.

To make ice cream, pour shake into ice cream machine. Set and enjoy.
