Kids’ Watermelon Strawberry Frozen Smoothie Pops or Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Shake

    • 1
      container lemon non-fat yogurt, 8 oz (227 g)
    • 2 cups
      (500 mL) cubed, seeded watermelon
    • 2 cups
      (500 mL) fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
    • 1
      medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • Equipment

    • Small paper cups
    • Popsicle sticks or small spoons

Instructions

  1. Shake

    1. In blender or food processor, purée yogurt, watermelon, strawberries and banana until smooth and frothy.
  2. Smoothie Pops

    1. Pour prepared shake into small paper cups. Freeze, inserting popsicle sticks or plastic spoons when mixture is partially frozen.
  3. Ice Cream

    1. To make ice cream, pour shake into ice cream machine. Set and enjoy.
