Juice of 1 lemon

½ tsp2 mL fresh ground black pepper

2 tbsp30 mL honey

½ cupof your favourite BBQ sauce

Instructions

BBQ Catfish
-
Prepare a grill or preheat the broiler. Put the fresh Catfish fillets in a shallow dish and brush each fillet with lemon juice. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper.

Place fillets on an oiled grill rack or broiler pan rack. Grill or broil fillets about 4 inches (10 cm) from heat until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Jalapeño and Honey Glaze

Mix glaze ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Transfer fillets to serving plates and spoon glaze over top.
