Grapefruit Yogurt to GO

Ingredients

    • 1 cup
      250 mL vanilla Greek yogurt
    • Half a Florida Grapefruit
    • ¼ cup
      60 mL coconut chips
    • 1 tbsp
      15 mL maple syrup
    • 1 tbsp
      15 mL sliced almonds
    • 1 tbsp
      15 mL chopped white chocolate bark

Instructions

    1. Fill a small mason jar with alternating layers of chopped red grapefruit with vanilla Greek yogurt, leaving space for your favourite toppings.
    2. Add your favourite toppings, such as coconut chips, sliced almonds, white chocolate or maple syrup. Top with the lid for a portable snack or quick breakfast!
