Frozen Strawberry Mexican Mule

Strawberries, jalapeño, ginger beer, and tequila come together to spice up this delicious cocktail.

Ingredients

    • 2 cups
      (500 ml) frozen California strawberries
    • 1
      jalapeño
    • ¼ cup
      (60 ml) tequila
    • 3 tbsp
      (45 ml) fresh lime juice
    • 7 oz
      (210 ml) ginger beer
    • lime wheel for garnish
    • fresh strawberry for garnish

Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if needed.

    2. Pour into copper mugs or glasses and garnish with lime wheels and a strawberry. Enjoy!
