This Fall Salad is loaded with different colours, textures and tastes from U.S. dried cranberries. The easy homemade dressing compliments the salad perfectly.

4 cupskale, washed, destemmed& torninto bite sized pieces

1Cosmic Crisp apple, cored & sliced

1U.S. Bartlett pear, cored & sliced

½ cupU.S. dried cranberries
-
½ cupU.S. pecans
-
½ cupfeta cheese, crumbled
-
2 tbsppumpkin seeds
-

Dressing Ingredients
-
¼ cupolive oil
-
3 tbspred wine vinegar
-
2 tbspmaple syrup
-
1 tspDijon mustard
-
1garlic clove, minced
-
½ tspsalt
-
¼ tsppepper

Instructions

In a large serving bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients until combined.

Add the torn kale into the bowl with the dressing and massage with your hands until the kale is coated in the dressing and starts to feel softer.

Top the kale with apple and pear slices, cranberries, pecans, cheese and pumpkin seeds.

Serve and enjoy.
