18 ozpitted California Prunes

6 ozwater

12 ½ ozbalsamic vinegar

12 ½ ozolive oil

6 clovesgarlic

1 Tbsdried rosemary

4each prebaked thin Italian bread shell (10 ounces)

16 ozchopped cooked chicken

12 ozcrumbled blue cheese

6 ozthinly sliced red onion

Heat oven to 450ºF. In food processor, process Prunes, water, vinegar, oil, garlic, rosemary and salt until finely chopped, pulsing on and off.

Place bread shell on baking sheet; spread evenly with Prune mixture. Arrange chicken, cheese and onion slices evenly over shell. Bake in center of oven 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.

Cut into 8 wedges. *Canned Prunes may be substituted for pitted Prunes. Drain liquid and pat dry with a paper towel.
