Chia Seed Pudding

Would your kids eat chia pudding for lunch?

This delicious chia pudding is perfect for the whole family for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. Naturally sweetened with U.S. raisins and can be made with minimal ingredients in just a few minutes … so make sure to SAVE this recipe.

Ingredients

    • 1 cup
      milk of choice
    • 2
      U.S. Medjool dates, pitted and diced
    • ½ tsp
      cinnamon
    • 3 tbsp
      chia seeds
    • ¼ cup
      U.S. raisins

Instructions

    1. Stir all ingredients together and place in the fridge for approximately 30min.

    2. Remove from fridge and stir again.

    3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    4. Serve with a side of fruit and yogurt for a delicious #breakfastforlunch
