Chia Seed Pudding

This delicious chia pudding is perfect for the whole family for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. Naturally sweetened with U.S. raisins and can be made with minimal ingredients in just a few minutes … so make sure to SAVE this recipe.
Ingredients

1 cupmilk of choice

2U.S. Medjool dates, pitted and diced

½ tspcinnamon

3 tbspchia seeds

¼ cupU.S. raisins

Instructions

Stir all ingredients together and place in the fridge for approximately 30min.

Remove from fridge and stir again.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.
