1 ½ cups375 mL sifted all-purpose flour

1 tsp5 mL baking powder

¼ tsp1 mL salt

1 ½ cups375 mL quick-cooking rolled oats

1 cup250 mL brown sugar

¾ cup175 mL butter

8 oz227 g jar Vermont Harvest Banana Berry or Berry Berry Rhubarb, or pick your favourite flavour!

Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in oats and brown sugar and cut in butter until crumbly.

Pat two-thirds of the crumbs in the bottom of an 11 x 7 x 1½ inch (2.5 L) pan. Spread with jam; top with remaining crumbs.

Bake about 35 minutes, cool and cut into squares.
