Smoothie:

1frozen banana

5prunes

1 cupacai puree (or your choice of frozen fruit)

Toppings:

2prunes cut into strips

1 tablespoongoji berries

1-2 tablespoonscashew nuts

a handful of raspberries

pineapple slices
-
coconut shreds
-
mint leaves

Instructions

Pour boiling water over prunes and set aside for 5 minutes.

Put frozen banana, hot prunes and acai puree into the blender and blend well.

Pour smoothie into a bowl.

Place slices of pineapple, coconut shreds, prunes , raspberries, cashew, goji berries and mint leaves on top of smoothie.
