Ingredients
Crumble
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- ⅓ cup cold butter chopped (50g) Vegan or regular. Sub cold/solid coconut oil but butter is best.
- ⅓ cup cup raw sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup U.S. pecans
Pear Filling
- 5 medium U.S. pears peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp raw sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp tapioca flour
Instructions
Crumble
- Add ingredients to a food processor and pulse to combine into a coarse meal.
Pear Filling
- Preheat an oven to 350F. Toss ingredients together. Spread into an 8x8" pan. Sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden and pears are soft. Serve warm.
