Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cups plant milk
- ½ cup Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Chia Seeds
- ½ U.S Cara Cara Navel Orange (peeled and diced)
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Whisk together all of the ingredients (except for the oranges) in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Top with diced oranges and pumpkin seeds in the morning.
