Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Made-at-home smoothie bowls are the perfect way to brighten up your day, and you'll be surprised to see how bright green this smoothie is! No sugar was added at all. This recipe can be adjusted depending on what is fresh throughout each season.


Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 medium-sized ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 ounces U.S. grown green grapes
  • a handful of spinach
  • 5 ounces of milk


  • ¼ orange from California or Florida
  • ½ dozen  U.S. green grapes, chopped
  • 1 dozen  U.S. pistachios, chopped
  • 3 to 4 U.S. pecans, toasted
  • 1 U.S. figs, halved


  • In a blender, blend all ingredients of the smoothie bowl until a smooth texture is reached, about 60 seconds.
  • Add on toppings and enjoy!


Feel free to replace milk with your favourite vegetarian alternatives!
