Would your kids eat chia pudding for lunch?This delicious chia pudding is perfect for the whole family for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. Naturally sweetened with U.S. dates and U.S. raisins and can be made with minimal ingredients in just a few minutes ... so make sure to SAVE this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 U.S. Medjool dates, pitted and diced
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup U.S. raisins
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together and place in the fridge for approximately 30min.
- Remove from fridge and stir again.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with a side of fruit and yogurt for a delicious #breakfastforlunch
