Chia Seed Pudding

Would your kids eat chia pudding for lunch?
This delicious chia pudding is perfect for the whole family for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. Naturally sweetened with U.S. dates and U.S. raisins and can be made with minimal ingredients in just a few minutes ... so make sure to SAVE this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 U.S. Medjool dates, pitted and diced
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup U.S. raisins

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients together and place in the fridge for approximately 30min.
  • Remove from fridge and stir again.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve with a side of fruit and yogurt for a delicious #breakfastforlunch
